Vision Web Design Web Development Process
- Client contacts Vision Web Design
- Vision Web Design will discuss the nature of your business, company or organisation and what are the goals of the web development. This also includes discussion about the target market and keywords and phrases that the site will be optimized for to resp
ond well in search engines. Depending on the location of the client this can be in face-to-face meetings, over the phone or on a Skype video call. - Vision Web Design will provide a quote.
- If quote is accepted a preliminary graphic design work is started. The client is encouraged to give input and suggestions into the look and feel of the website and revisions are made to the template until the client is happy with it.
- When the client has accepted the design template the client is invoiced for the 50% of the quoted cost.
- Website is completed.
- When the site is completed to the client's satisfaction an invoice for the remaining 50% is sent to the client.

What about website and support and website maintenance? 
Vision Web Design is more than happy to provide support and maintenance services for its clients. Vision Web Design charges $100 +GST an hour for web design maintenance. If your site requires maintenance, changes or upgrading, Vision Web Design will only charge you for the number of minutes it takes. Vision Web Design will invoice you when your total number of maintenance hours is greater than two.
